1) Is balsamic vinegar okay in the ketchup? It's supposed to be a FP, but it has more carbs than seem okay for a FP ?
2) Is it okay to have stevia several times a day? I am using it in greek yogurt, tea, snacks, desserts, ketchup, etc. Seems like it would add up.
3) Fat Free Redi Whip is mentioned, but doesn't it have sugar in it?
4) From reading the first book, it mentioned 2% Greek yogurt on the shopping list, and I bought it plus the 0%, but now that I'm looking at recipes, I don't see a place for 2% yogurt at all, it is too high carb for an S meal, and too much fat for an E meal. Does that belong anywhere?
5) Trim Hip Honey Dijon dressing calls for Palm Oil, I don't have that and probably won't, can you substitute something else? It also seems like oil puts it into an S dressing, not a FP? Dressings are really hard for me to figure out.
Serene and Pearl must have the best stores ever, things they mention for some extras are not at my stores; where do you find Laughing Cow or Weight Watchers cheese? Hansen's fruit sticks? Fat Free Redi Whip? Chana Dahl? (found an indian market for that but it's not close) Wishbone salad spritzers?
Thank you!

1- I think it should be ok. It's probably Becuase you generally use so little.
2- yes. I use it many times a day.
3-it's probably a negligible amount. Plus, you are to use a small amount.
4- hmmm, I don't recall. I only use 0%.
5- I'm not sure what you could substitute with. But, it's only FP if you use a small amount. Then it becomes S.
I'm in Canada, so I don't have a lot of things. But, I found laughing cow in the specialty cheese area, not regular cheese area. I've never looked for weight watchers. Nor have I looked for Hansen's. We have fat free cool whip, which I use. It's just with the regular cool whip. Chana Dahl is with the beans. I've never looked for wishbone spritzers.

I think locating all these new ingredients is the hard part! But, when you find them, it's like finding a treasure..and you know where to go get them again! I now make my shopping list by store, and what comes from each! Like Wal Mart: konjac noodles, Pyure, almond milk, salmon, cottage cheese Town and Country: fruit and veggies, tea, xylitol, peanut flour, etc. Costco: chicken breast, canned salmon, lettuce, butter, egg whites, etc.
