I started THM this week and lost 4 pounds eating all S meals. I feel very satisfied eating the S's but read the many warnings about "over-s'ing so decided today for lunch to try an E. I had 3 grilled chicken breast and lettuce wraps (each small wrap was 2 carbs) with fat free yogurt and a drizzle of low fat salad dressing. With it I had a banana smoothie- 1 frozen banana and unsweetened cashew milk. Total carbs, I'd say around 30....very low fat.
Right after eating I began to feel sluggish and weak and quite irritable. Could this be my body's reaction to the carbs after being virtually carb-free for 7 days? Curious if this is normal. I am saving up for the book and borrowed a friend's just to get the basics, so I don't know if this is addressed or not.
*Editing to add that after thinking it over, it was more like a 20 carb meal, not 30.

I think it could be a reaction since you had very low carb for a week and then ate a bunch. The rush of glucose could have made you feel weird.
