Hi! This is my first post so fingers crossed that it works! I made the Swedish Meatballs in Cream Sauce (p 61 of cookbook) and they were delicious! I used a blend if oat flour and flax meal (2:1 ratio) instead of the THM blend. I served them over spaghetti squash noodles. Highly recommend this recipe. I couldn't upload s photo. Will try that part again next time!

Hmm, I wonder if that might make them a crossover or S helper, by adding the oat flour? How much.

I used 1 cup of oats, ground finely and 1/2 cup of golden flax seeds ground finely to make the baking blend. I modified the recipe slightly: Meatballs: 1 pound ground veal, wemgans 1 large egg 3 tablespoons oat/flax blend 1/2 tsp of mineral salt 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder (did not use butter or coconut oil as the meat had plenty of fat in it already) Sauce: I wiped out the pan and added only 2TBS of butter 1/4 cup oat/flax blend black pepper dash of mineral salt 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 cup sour cream This recipe made 4 servings My Fitness Pal shows the net carbs for the entire recipe, as I made it, containing about 28.4 net carbs for the entire recipe or approximately 7.1 net carbs per serving which is well within the parameters of an S meal
