Hi,
I am brand new and trying to figure things out. I have been drinking The Singing Canary for several weeks now, off and on. As I'm reading the book and finding that I should avoid fruits and such due to the carbs and insulin reaction, I was wondering what to do about this drink? Stop drinking it for now since I am just beginning this journey and trying to straighten out my insulin/sugar process? Continue to drink it occasionally? I'm confused. And to top it off, hubby has picked up a bug..one of the main reasons I really wanted a Singing Canary today (not to mention the fact that these bright little beauties are addicting)...
Thanks for helping me straighten out the confusion,
Lisa

The singing canary is an all day sipper drink. The lemons don't have very many carbs so they are considered a fuel Pull item. Keep drinking the singing canary as often as you like!

Don't drop the fruit! You will need to eat fruit with your 'E' (energizing) meals. Try to have fruit in the proper meal setting at least once a day.
