This recipe is an S because of the cream. If served with rice it will be a crossover. You could serve this over cabbage, zoodles, cauli-rice. This keeps it in S setting. This recipe looks delicious.

Thank you. I realized the cream would push it over to S. It was delicious! I actually threw all the ingredients in the crockpot and let it go for a few hours on low.

Hi! I'm new to this, and I took a look at the recipe asked about (it does look delicious!), and I thought that an "S" meal was more than 5g Fat and less than 10g carbs, and the nutrition info for this recipe says it is Fat:28.9g and Carbs:13.3g. Does the bit that the carbs are over not matter? Thanks!

Was the rice which was to be served in the recipe included in those numbers? If not, and all your ingredients are in the S ( or FP) category, you are fine. There is a bit of carbs in most foods. We really only count the ones from major carb sources. We don't count the cabs in eggs, for example...
