I've been trying to learn and follow this plan for about 2 weeks now, and I have never felt better! I'm not hungry all the time like I used to be when trying different "diets" and I have so much energy that I can hardly believe it! I sleep great at night, my mood has improved so much, it is like magic. The recipes in the cookbook that I have tried have all been 100% winners. I've lost some pounds, but I have a question. I've been tracking my eating in my Fitbit app. I know that we're not supposed to be obsessed with calories, etc, but I have to wean myself off of "tracking" I guess. I went on caloriecount.com to put in the recipes, added the THM foods from the nutrition info on the bags, and noticed that when the meal was tracked, what was supposed to be an "S" would show too many carbs for an "S". For the Trimmy Light, the nutrition stats don't add up to an FP. Should I just forget about this tracking and stick with the food lists and recipes? Thanks for the insight!

Yes! We prefer to stick with food categories! The small amounts of carbs in S items are not counted!
