I have read and re-read the chapter on skin care but can not seem to find what Pearl and Serene use to clean their skin. I have ordered the 2 moisturizers and look forward to using them but am at a loss as to what to use to clean my face. Suggestions? I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since changing my eating habits!! Thanks!

I, too, am interested in this. I ordered Kit Naturals creams and love them, but I'm still washing with Dove soap.

I use the norwex facial clothes. For my eye make-up I just use coconut oil or olive oil.

Honey is awesome to cleanse. You can mix in a little cornmeal if you like a more scrubby feeling.

As a teenager I had extremely bad acne and oily skin. I took Accutane when I was 17 yrs old. Horrible medicine, but it totally cleared up all acne. I now have dry skin. When I put moisturizer on, I will break with a few tiny whiteheads. The last few years I have been having a few very minor breakouts. Too dry of skin when I don't wear moisturizer, break out when I do. And I couldn't find a cleanser to Balance out my skin either. The past several months I stopped using both cleansers on my face and moisturizer. I "wash my face every evening and morning with very warm water and tubby gently with just my hands. Rinsing and rubbing over and over several times. Pat dry with a towel. When it starts feeling dry, I will rinse my face with warm water, make a paste with coconut oil and baking soda and gently scrub my whole face, being VERY careful around my eyes. Rinse with warm water and wipe most of the oil off with a rag. Then I hop in the shower and wash my face with my hands to get off any thick oil left on my face.
My skin has never been better! Warm Water alone manages to get all my makeup off when you rinse and gently rub enough. The baking soda and oil scrub takes off that dead skin building up and leaves my skin sooooo soft and moisturized. If it feels a little dry you could use the oil for a moisturizer or just do a wash with it again. I LOVE not having to use any cleansers or moisturizers.
