Hi all,
I just got the book a few weeks ago and I am following the plan and loving it. However I have not got my head around the exercise chapters yet, its so different than what I am accustomed to. I am 45 years old and I currently do low impact cardio workouts, usually about 30-45 min 4 to 5 times a week. My question: I have lower back problems and I am limited on what I can do for work outs. Specifically I cannot do a lot of training that would make my thighs, hams or buttocks tight or it messes up my back that is why I have stuck with mostly just cardio and some light arm work. What would you recommend I do as a workout, is there a particular video that might suit me? One thought I had if I am doing a power walk would be to power walk for a few minutes then walk normal speed a few minutes and continue this pattern, does that make any sense according to what the book is explaining? I would appreciate some direction. Blessings, Lisa

I'm interested in this as well. My knees and hips click and can ache sometimes. But I have been doing "Walk at Home" and zumba-type exercises. I've been walking normal speed and then power walk as well. I have noticed that there is a lot less aching and the clicks aren't painful. I'm afraid I'll hurt myself if I try the Spew!
