I am going to ask for some Kettlebells and a DVD for Christmas. What weights should I get? I am used to working out intensely (I did P90X with my husband this year) but I am not overly strong.
Thank you!

I have the Bob Harper contoured kettlebell that you can get from amazon or target. I use the 15# one and am comfortable with exercise. This one comes with a 30 min dvd to get you started and teach form. He also makes longer ones that are an hour, but I usually just do the first 20 or so minutes if I use them.

I have a 15 lb cast iron kettlebell, I really like the smaller handle and no seam.

What are some good 15-20 minute kettle bell workouts? I get bored after that unless i'm at the gym.

I just ordered (and received today) a 20 minute Jillian Michael's kettle bell DVD. It was only $7 on Amazon so I thought I would try it. I'll post a review after I try it a few times.
