Hello, I'm wondering about 1/4 c. of peanut butter in my frappa. Is that too much for an S? Also, I'm guessing that beets would be E, but could I have them also with an S or would this be crossover territory.
Thanks for replying to my questions. It is helpful. I have lost my pregnancy weight with such little effort using your plan...
P.S. I find this site much more confusing than your previous one.

1/4 cup of PB is quite a lot of calories, and might be overdoing it a bit. You can probably get a good PB flavor with much less. You could try using just a Tbsp, and that will probably be enough. Or, you could use some protein plus peanut flour, which is great. You can get a good peanut butter flavor with much less calories. Or if you want to, mix part peanut butter and part peanut flour.
And as far as beets go, I think you could have a little bit with your S meals, but keep your portions small or you'll get into S Helper territory.

My best recipe for them involves braised beets thrown together with the beet greens sauted in butter. I was hoping that I could still have them

I am having a terrible time with this website. Could anyone direct me to the ramman noodles recipe with konjac noodles. I'm running out of time...
Thanks
