Does xylitol have any carbs? I didnt know if it was 0 like the truvia or stevia, or it if had some. I thought that if I maybe mix xylitol and Truvia it might give less of an aftertaste. Not that I mind the slight aftertaste, but I was thinking of those who arent all for the sugar free diet. Maybe it would be less diety to them. Just wondering.

hey , what i know is it does have carbs but the body does not use/notice them. so , no to little impact to blood sugar. the packaging says 'such and such' many carbs but you can basically ignore the label. it works great cup for cup like sugar. no aftertaste-my kids love it. very expensive tho'!!!!! don't know about amts for truvia tho'.

YOu do not count the carbs with xlitol or erythritol. They have zero impact on blood sugar. I dont' know conversion amounts.

I think xylitol is probably about the same sweetness as Truvia. Maybe just a bit less sweet? Erythritol is definitely less sweet than Truvia, but I think xylitol is sweeter than erythritol.
