I made this recipe and would like to know what you think of it. I have been eating 2 pancakes topped with about a 1 TBS of 0% greek yogurt, 1 TBS of Polaner all fruit jam and a dash of stevia. I ate about 9am this morning. Lunch came about 1:30 and I was having low blood sugar symptoms. Is there something I need more of in the recipe to hold me over for about 4 hours? I did have a large cup of tea with honey this morning for my throat...could that have done it?
1 cup oats 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 1/4 cup egg whites 1 cup of almond milk 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese 1/2 txp baking soda 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar dash of vanilla 1 TBS truvia 1/2 tsp salt

I have been feeling low blood sugar symptoms, too. I usually eat S meals and snacks. I am real shakey now. I have been noticing it lately. I had a cup of coffee with cream n stevia and a fried egg for breakfast. 2 hours later I did my walking DVD, which is only 15-20 minutes and not real intense. I always make a Mocha Java Chiller (Frappe) after my workout. Now I am eating lunch and I am real shakey. I made breakfast burritoes for the kids with eggs, potatoes, cheese and flour tortilla's. I had just eggs n cheese stuffed in 1/2 of a Joseph's Pita. I have also stalled on the weight loss, even though we just got done doing 2 weeks fo fuel cycle. Do I need more carbs? That pancake recipe looks good! We have enjoyed the THM pancakes. Would these be S or are they still E because of the oats? Anyone have an S pancake recipe?

The oats mixed with coconut flour make this recipe a crossover. A pancake made with all coconut flour/almond flour would be an S. mickeylin, you may want to add in some more E meals. They are important, and will probably help you feel better. The Trim Healthy Pancake recipe from the book is a great one.

EEk! A crossover?! I ate that for breakfast every day this week. Oops!! I obviously need to study my book a little better.

I did the fuel cycle for 2 weeks and then did mostly S with some E this week and I havent lost a pound in 3 weeks. Not sure what is up with that. I dont know if I am snacking too much. I dont feel like I am. I am on my cycle this week, but I should have lost something on the fuel cycle. I am still feeling better with having lost clost to 15 pounds, but I still have quite the pooch in the abdomen. I dont get hips and butt when I gain, I just look 7 months pg. So, hoping to loose more. I got some awesome apples from Azure so I have been adding in an E snack here and there so I can enjoy those. Love the pancakes, too. I'll see how I feel with adding more E. Thanks.
