Blueberry Coconut Muffins

solagratia: My mild supply seems fine, but we are concerned about how this could affect the baby or if something is wrong with me. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks Mar 16, 2015 2:23:11 GMT -5
steffanie3: solagratia, it sounds like you are in ketosis are you mixing up your fuels well? If you would like you can post a few days menus in a thread above and the ladies are great about helping make suggestions :) Mar 16, 2015 17:24:46 GMT -5
Dutchi: Is there a limit for how much almond milk you can use in a meal...any category? For example...can I use 1.5 cups of almond milk in a smoothie with whey and berries and still have it be a FP? I find the ice waters down the flavour too much for my liking. Mar 17, 2015 12:36:37 GMT -5
Dutchi: I bought some whey powder at the bulk food store. Most recipes call for 1 scoop. Can you tell what 1 scoop would equal...1 tablespoon...2 tablespoons? Mar 17, 2015 13:14:00 GMT -5
steffanie3: Dutchi a cup and a half can work specifically in that example, typically it is good to stick to a serving is a good idea :) Mar 22, 2015 15:50:58 GMT -5
steffanie3: You might have to check with the store to be sure, a typical scoop is 1/4 to a 1/3 but they can vary a bit. For protein you do want a whey protein isolate, cross-microfiltered preferred. Mar 22, 2015 15:52:01 GMT -5
steffanie3: Be sure and share a day's menu on Menu Monday :) Mar 31, 2015 8:44:09 GMT -5

katiehatty: Has anyone tweaked the gluccie pudding recipe? I am having trouble eating this... Apr 14, 2015 10:12:40 GMT -5
linmom3: What are some options to use to bread meat? I am out of almond flour and really don't want to go to the store. Apr 18, 2015 20:20:55 GMT -5
nakona62: Is it ok to have an S dessert right after an S meal, or when do you have your desserts? May 1, 2015 10:48:36 GMT -5
stacylynn: linmom - I am sorry that this is so late, but for next time, try dipping your meat in mayo and "bread" it with nutritional yeast and spices. YUMMY! Chicken is especially taste-y prepared this way. May 2, 2015 8:38:15 GMT -5
stacylynn: nakona - Sure! : I find if I eat my dessert directly after a meal, I don't want to graze. It works for me! May 2, 2015 8:40:47 GMT -5
stacylynn: katiehatty - I have read various tweaks regarding the pudding. What is it that bothers you about the pudding? May 2, 2015 8:43:33 GMT -5
stacylynn: Just so you know: Briana Thomas' PB ice cream is AMAZING! PTL for THM bloggers and their yummy recipes! May 2, 2015 10:03:53 GMT -5
corleygrammy: Is it ok to have 100% natural, no preservatives, no added sugar, no fat corn tortillas on plan? May 5, 2015 13:20:24 GMT -5
stacylynn: corleygrammy: I stay away from corn tortillas, because I associate corn with the fattening of cattle. There are some other low carb tortilla choices that would better suit weight loss. I often use Joseph's Pitas in place of tortillas. Best wishes! :) May 6, 2015 10:25:27 GMT -5
steffanie3: You can use corn tortillas on occasion if you want to, there are sprouted ones that would be an even better option if you go that route. You could see how you do, I personally use low-carb options as well :) May 6, 2015 11:29:11 GMT -5
