Hello!! My husband has agreed to go on plan with me, due to yeast issues and I've finally convinced him that he truly does eat way too much sugar. My problem is this, he doesn't need to lose weight( 6 ft 4 in, 170 lb man) true ectomorph and always has been arrrg!! . I know he's going to have to rely a lot on crossovers, but I just am having trouble with what you do to make a crossover for brown bag lunches and breakfasts. I wandered if the trim healthy pan bread made S style would be one?? Anyone that will shed light on this for me is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

Crossovers can be lots of fun. Basically, anything that is plan approved, whether S or E, can be eaten together. Trim Healthy Pan Bread can have S style fillers for sandwiches, or can be made with whole eggs for him instead of whites. Sprouted toast can be eaten with fried eggs, brown rice can be eaten with fattier meats, etc. Basically, you can make a crossover by adding some grain, fruit or sweet potato to your S meal, or add extra fat to your E meals.

Thank you so much for helping me. It makes a lot more sense now. It will really be easy to prepare for him , other than being in the kitchen a little more
