I didnt care for the lemon with the whole lemon blended in it. So, I use a little lemon concentrate and lime concentrate and it was fab! I might try to make all lime. Key Lime Pie flavored.

HA, HA! Don't do this: Thinking I can have fuller fat stuff, add some 1/2 and 1/2, right? NO--equals curdled milk, the chickens will love it tonight!

I made the lemon pudding today and it was delish! My kids and I loved it so we made a double batch to eat after dinner with dad. We got it out of the frige about 5 hours later and it was horrible! Bitter, bitter, bitter! What happened? We followed recipe exactly and used truvia. Thought?

idaho mama: I find adding some lemon extract and a pkt of truvia right before eating is INCREDIBLE. Hopefully that will help.

They'll last a little while. Really until they don't smell right anymore. I would guess at least a week.

My lemon pudding looked like mucus! Sorry. Is that right or did I do something wrong?

I know this will sound strange to all you choco lovers but when I made my choco pudding, Oct 23, it was still good yesterday, Nov 13 - so that would make it 21 days. (BTW, I did finish it & I date all leftovers!) Ok, I admit choco isn't my weakness but it surely helps cure the cravings

I'll say you're lucky. I tried eating mine about 2 weeks later and it was nasty.
It could maybe have to do with the freshness of the almond milk. If you use milk that freshly opened vs opened several days already, it'll probably last longer.
