My friend makes this with a half of a lemon squeezed into each quart...very good! I have started drinking it myself and can't wait to see what health benefits I notice!

If I add about a 1/4 cup berries is it still a FP?

Yes it is. Just be aware of other foods you are eating (example: yogurt w/ berries) & realize that the 1/4c counts toward the amount of berries you can have with your yogurt.

Im making this today for my 4 year old - she has a case of the sniffles (just started preschool, yay for shared germs!) . I make them a tea when they have a cough/sore throat that consists of ginger, honey and a citrus (orange, lime or whatever I have on hand) . They really like the tea and ask for it when they are sick. (Like last night at 3am, poor baby).
This refreshing drink sounds similar in taste, I even squeezed a clementine orange into the one I made for her, she loves those little fruits. Hope she likes it! Im gonna start chugging it too, empty drink calories are my worst enemy.

Good Girl Moon Shine - it's refreshing… zingy… tantalizing. The best part about it aside from all the anti-inflammatory, health and weight loss benefits? It helps kick that soda habit. You can stay hydrated all day in the zingiest of ways. It might just make you want to say… “EeeAhhh!!!” Here’s our video with easy to follow instructions youtu.be/NtQBauMbD_Y~from facebook

I made it with the sparkling water and it sooo good, my hubby sniched some the other day from my glass when I wasn't looking I had offered it to him earlier he declined, Sneaky man. then last night he said "would you mind making me a glass of that ginger drink?" I guess he liked it How do you make this with seltzer water? Do you make a concentrate and then add the seltzer? When I made the original I added everything to my jar and then shook it all up. If I did that with the seltzer water in there it wouldn't have any fizz left. I think the taste of the GGMS is OK (I haven't tried any variations from the original) but I think I would like it a lot better if it was fizzy. Thanks

I added 1/4 tsp baking soda to mine and it had fizz. Not like a pop, but the fizz was there.

I just mixed it up first, I even did part of the water, then concentrate with what seltzer I was going to drink just then

Thanks, ladies! I will try again with seltzer water and GGMS concentrate (1/2 the water or less?).

I didn't measure, I just put some. If you want it more bubbly though you could just use the seltzer, either way will work

Hi- I have tried Good Girl Moonshine for 3 days in a row now, and have had horrible heartburn each day, all day long. I am planning on eliminating either the ginger or the ACV to see which it is, but my question is: is one of these ingredients more beneficial health wise than the other?
