The ACV probably has more health benefits and is better taken in raw form. Ginger can be added to smoothies or baked goods to get the nutritional benefits. I hope you find the cause of your heartburn.

right now I am sipping it with some of the doTerra slim and sassy essential oil in it. It actually tastes pretty good and even more effective against my habitual snacking!
