Sorry that heading is so personal but it's when it happens every month. The week after I ovulate I am starving. Every month this happens. I eat the same foods as the rest of the month and am never hungry. But the 4th day after my peak I start just feeling like I will never be full. During this week (maybe only 4 days really) can I just eat FP snacks/foods to help me through it as I need to?
Is there some better FP options than others? I don't want to overdo anything just because I feel hungry. I drink more water and tea's. I try to do more S meals as they fill me up more. But I am still hungry between meals with my normal snacks. What to do without ruining my entire week? Anyone else go through this? Misty

This happens to me also. I just assume that the body is needing extra energy at that particular time. If I'm hungry, I eat. Of course you wouldn't go crazy and I think concentrating on FP snack is probably smart. I usually crave chocolate so I head for the freezer to grab my stash of skinny chocolate I tend to go up a few pounds that week also, but I have ALWAYS fluctuated in weight during the month (probably from hormones). After my period, I have always had a total loss for the month. I hope that helps.

I have this very same problem, it's so annoying! I feel as though I'm a bottomless pit. and always gain weight fuel pulls do not feel me up at all during this time(not that anything does) If you find something that helps I'd love to know about it!

Same here too. I just eat lots of FP snacks. I have found, that for the Cookie Bowl Oatmeal, I like it a lot better if I substitute 1% cottage cheese for the almond milk, and cut down on the water a tiny bit. It seems so much creamier and filling! I have also used that trick and added a bit of cottage cheese to the Frappa instead of some of the almond milk. I think it still keeps it a Fuel Pull but it is so much more creamy. Hope this helps! On my super hungry days I plan out my meals on paper, and write the times down I am eating because I need the extra discipline.

Milkmaid1980, having your meals and snacks written down is a great idea. Sometimes a bit of extra discipline is necessary to pull through through. There are legitimate times however when an extra snack is just fine. FP is great for this purpose. You can enjoy something that will fill your stomach and also help keep your mind from wandering to how hungry you are, but won't give you too many extra calories. During those times when you really are extra hungry, go ahead and do some smart, purposeful, extra snacking.
