Bryony: New to this posting thing, hope I am doing it right! Been on plan about 2 mo, lost 17 pounds. Still wearing same size clothes but more comfortably. Which is all good. Question though - has anyone else had problems with loose stools? Oct 28, 2014 9:16:54 GMT -5
steffanie3: Hi Bryony :) As your body adjust to coconut oil, mct oil, or xylitol loose stools can happen. If you have added those or more of those recently you might need to cut back a little and work up :) Congrats on the 17 pounds, that is great :) Oct 28, 2014 11:35:51 GMT -5
steffanie3: A great place to start here is introducing yourselves here http://trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/threads/recent/14 :) Oct 28, 2014 11:37:34 GMT -5
Bryony: Thanks steffanie3! I hadn't considered the coconut oil. Oct 28, 2014 21:29:52 GMT -5
rboersma7: I lost my last post. Mother of 7, grandma of 2, married 30 years, 50 years old. I would like to be healthy first and lost weight second. I have muscle stiffness and need to lose 35 pounds. Just bought the book for both my daughter and myself. Oct 30, 2014 13:48:56 GMT -5
ber: Hello I am a 28 year old mother of a one year old boy! I really want to eat and cook healthy food for both me and my son. I would also like to lose the baby weight! I purchased the book for myself and and my sister!! Oct 30, 2014 15:47:13 GMT -5
ber: i have a question about this recipe: 1 can chicken,1/4 red onion,2 celery sticks,1/4 cup real mayo,1/2 cup unsalted natural almonds1/2 tsp smoked Paprika. Will this chicken salad still be on plan if I added 1 packet stevia and 1 Tbs red wine?? Oct 30, 2014 16:00:53 GMT -5
ber: I am a sweet chicken salad lover and wanted to make sure I didn't go off plan by adding things to the recipe! Oct 30, 2014 16:01:45 GMT -5
dee1961: Hi! I am a soon to be 53 year old (Monday 11/3), married mom of 2. I just recently started gaining weight...Menopause?? I just bought the book and can honestly say, I haven't made it all the way throught it yet, but have started S and E meals Oct 30, 2014 17:08:51 GMT -5
steffanie3: Welcome ladies :) Nov 1, 2014 13:47:49 GMT -5
steffanie3: Sounds just great ber. Nov 1, 2014 13:48:12 GMT -5
sophia: My mom, older sister, my moms friend, and I are doing the fuel cycle this week.... Please shoot out your favorite recipes to use for this!! :) We need ideas!! Nov 3, 2014 10:16:27 GMT -5
steffanie3: Broth based soups are great for this time of year and a FC :) I did a modified "cabbage soup diet" soup with some boneless skinless chicken for protein, I just searched for an online recipe and left out some things if I remember right, I love cabbage :) Nov 10, 2014 10:42:30 GMT -5
grammalynda: if there isn't a reply button on a thread (too old maybe?) should I start a new thread for that subject? Nov 18, 2014 22:06:22 GMT -5
steffanie3: Hmm, on the upper right as long as you are logged in there should be a reply button, but you sure can start a new thread if you want :) Nov 19, 2014 19:52:11 GMT -5
grammalynda: I figured it out-when you do a search it takes you to the conversation-there is not a reply button-but the name of the thread is listed above the date and if you click that it takes you to the thread and the reply button. thanks stefanie3 and rebekahrl Nov 20, 2014 22:49:02 GMT -5

browneyedflower: i tried to make choco pudding, i blended it for a few minutes, and it didn't thicken up. is that normal, because i added the right amount of gluccie. Nov 21, 2014 12:05:45 GMT -5
steffanie3: Usually it thickens up well right away, maybe be a bit more gluccie, did you put it in the fridge if so did it set up then? Nov 22, 2014 13:45:43 GMT -5
