steffanie3: Not really, coconut flour is quite different as it absorbs lots of liquid and works best with plenty of eggs. I tend to like it mixed with other flours. Dec 20, 2014 2:15:49 GMT -5 *

steffanie3: You don't have to, in my experience it is way too much oil out of the peel for the drink for my tastes :) Might depend on the lemons as well, some might tend to be more bitter than others. I do zest most of mind to use the zest in other things. Jan 19, 2015 2:35:24 GMT -5
