I have a bag of Oat Fibre, which I've heard can be used in Fuel Pull meals and snacks... but I don't really know what to do with it! Do any of you have some recipes or ideas you could share? Thanks so much!

This sounds great, Stacy! Could you post this on the FP board? That way everyone could see it on there when they are working on FP options/menus.

I wonder about the whole eggs? How many servings is this?

If this goes into a 9x9 pan wouldn't it give 4 servings? Then the 3 eggs still keeps it in FP. ?

The eggs do appear to be the only fat. Minimal from the little bit of coconut flour... I guess I'm not sure how much fat is in an egg? It might just fit if you divided it into four servings?

I think I remember reading that egg yolks have 5 grams fat each.

I broke it into 6 servings, Rebeka. I like 4 servings - if that works though! Susie - I think you are right on the money regarding the fat in eggs. I looked up the nutritional value, and in one large egg, we have 5 grams of fat. Extra large eggs have 6 grams per egg.
