Not sure what to call this...lol. Pumpkin milk, maybe? I tried the pumpkin pie sip and to be perfectly honest, it was a little watery for my taste (sorry, Serene!). So today I came up with this recipe. It really does taste like liquid pumpkin pie to me! It's not quite as low in calories and doesn't make a huge amount like the sip does, but it works great for a dessert or snack.
1 c. almond milk 2 T canned pumpkin stevia to taste about 1/4 t. cinnamon pinch nutmeg pinch ginger pinch salt
Heat to almost boiling. Adjust spices and sweetener if necessary. Top with a little Redi Whip

This looks pretty low-cal to me! I'll have to try this one! Thanks for sharing!

I just found a Celestial Seasonings tea called "Sweet Harvest Pumpkin". I brewed 1 bag with 16 oz boiling water and used 1/2 c of that + 1/2 c each: Almond Breeze "Almond & Coconut Milk" (45 cal/3.5 gm fat/0 carbs per 1 cup), crushed ice, & 1/3 c vanilla protein powder. A pinch of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, sweetner & processed in the Magic Bullet. Absolutely delicious! Since it's cold, I decided to try a HOT version, so used all but the 1/2c ice and added 1/8 t. glucci... delicious, but way too rich for me. I had to add quite a bit of water & re-heat, but it was divine!
