I love the recipe for pizza using the mushroom cap but was getting frustrated at the amount of liquid the cap was creating. So i actually found a solution for the problem by putting it in my foreman grill! The slant of the grill allows all the moisture to drain away and makes for the perfect crust. Just thought I might share that tweak. =)
