hello all....does anyone know if canned pumpkin is a full pull? I found a recipe for pumpkin bread and it was listed as a full pull, but my can of pumpkin has quite a bit of carbs. Any thoughts?

Did you look at the ingredients? Is there anything other than pumpkin in it? Also remember to subtract out fiber when figuring carbs so if it says 20g carbs but 13g fiber that's really only 7g of net carbs.

Yes, pumpkin (plain, unsweetened) can be used in FP.

Thanks for the responses! Yes, I had forgotten about subtracting the fiber. Now I can enjoy some pumpkin bread!

Glycemic index is an important factor on THM Sometimes the glycemic load/index helps to determine how a food fits on plan, if it is nice an gentle on blood sugar it can be used in different places. Welcome to the forums
