I think it's great that you post all your menus here! I would think it would help you stay on track but it also helps all of us with menu ideas. I think I will start my own menu thread...thanks for the inspiration!

So, made it to the due date. That last day got changed from lunch on.... salad from subway on way to hospital. Snack special agent cake w/ icing and I think a piece of fruit. Supper another salad w/ strawberries... Snack.... I don't remember but I probably had kefir and fruit? The day before was some different, too....??

Thursday, June 12th
7:00 (SH) 1/3 cup quinoa with two eggs and baby summer squash sauteed in butter
10:00 (FP) cottage berry whip
1:00 (S) Salad w salmon, onion and garlic sauteed.
4:00 (E) pear blended w/ 1 cup of kefir and 1/2 scoop protein powder
7:00 (S) spaghetti squash casserole and brussels sprouts
Edit: I added some mozzarella cheese at lunch. I substituted coconut sugar free ice cream for afternoon snack. Also went to a BBQ at a church tonight...had a hamburger (no bun) with vegie toppings along with my planned supper which I brought.
Did not feel well today..almost like low blood sugar? Till the coconut icecream. The rest of the day went better.

Edit: substituted canned salmon at lunch. Added a mango to afternoon snack = a crossover.
