1:00 (S) salad w/ sauteed onions, garlic , peppers, mushrooms and canned chicken.
4:00 (S) strawberry cheesecake pie w/ blueberry topping
7:00 (E) chili w/ ground turkey, green beans

Sunday, June 15th
7:00 (S) protein pancakes with butter and stevia syrup
10:00 (E) pear with peanut butter
1:00 (S) salad with salmon and etc.
4:00 (E) kefir w/ greens and orange
7:00 (S) grilled chicken, baby squash,
Edit: afternoon snack was a l/o piece of 'cheesecake'

7:00 (E) deer, brussels sprouts, rice, etc. soup

10:00 (E) kefir, pear, greens,
1:00 (S) salad w/ chicken
4:00 (S) p.n. butter balls, tea
7:00 (S) broccoli and turkey w/ cream sauce

Wednesday June 19th
7:00 (S) 2 eggs fried in butter, 'No grain' hot cereal w / few blueberries and almond milk
10:00 (E) kefir, orange and greens shake
1:00 (S) salad and salmon
4:00 (E) applesauce spice cake w/ Greek yogurt
7:00 (S) beef and stirfry over spaghetti squash noodles
Edit: snack was late, yogurt, pie crust crackers, berries, and skinny chocolate, a pear and cheese! I was hungry and low on milk... Supper was spaghetti squash with butter and parmesan cheese.

I see you have applesauce spice cake on your menu again. Does this mean we will soon see a recipe? Has it been turning out better?

10:00 (S) hot pepper cheese, roasted salted almonds
1:00 (S) salad
4:00 (E) kefir shake w/ fruit or berrries and protein powder
7:00 (S) eggplant 'parmesan'
Edit: lunch and afternoon snack were not as planned. Didn't have lunch till 2:00 or so. (I took a nap with the baby! ) Then had fried eggs topped with tomatoes olives and sour cream. No snack. Skinny chocolate after supper.

Do you think the Chana Dal beans would make a good hummus? Or would it not work because of adding the fat to the carb of the beans?

Amyp, the hummus recipe in the book recommends chana Dahl in it. I think it also gives the portion size for a S helper. I haven't tried the chana Dahl in hummus yet, but I want to.

early AM. (S) 2 eggs in butter.
Mid AM. (E) quinoa w/ berries and almond milk.
Lunch: some sort of soup w/ salmon...
Snack: (S) berry shake w/protein powder and coconut oil
Supper: (E) white beans, chicken breast, veggies.
